Basic Salad Dressing

Basic Salad Dressing

  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons expeller-pressed flax oil

Method:

Place all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake ’em up until they’re well assimilated.

Optional add-ins:

Blue Cheese, chopped herbs, garlic, shallots…use your imagination!

By making your own salad dressing instead of buying store-bought dressings, you are taking an important first step toward good health!  The fats in store-bought dressings are rancid and terrible for you.  This dressing contains good fats that your body needs.  You’ll save money too!  If you make this, let me know on Facebook!
