Extraction Method: Cold pressed from rind. It takes 3,000 lemons to produce 1 kilo of oil!
Medical Properties: Antiseptic (for cleaning), can support immunity, improves memory and relaxation. Rich in limonene.

How is It Used?
- Diffuse while your kids are doing homework to help them concentrate.
- Use a couple drops as an all-natural “goo gone” replacer.
- Rub diluted lemon essential oil on varicose veins to promote healthy circulation.
- Add a few drops to a glass spray bottle, fill with water and you have a refreshing room spray.
- Add a drop to a spoonful of coconut oil and freshen your mouth with oil pulling.
Cautions:
Avoid applying to skin that will be exposed to sunlight or UV light within 24 hours.
